Subscription Billing Data

The Subscription billing data section provides an overview of the current count and distribution of Highstage users' associated with each individual relevant basetype in Highstage:

Note: Only basetypes which are directly associated with Highstage modules are included in the list (Document-, Action-, Part-, Device- Module). Custom basetypes inherited from preexisting basetypes are also included in the list.

 

The section provides the following information:

 

Usage data

The Partial usage data from event log section provides a historic overview of actual usage of Highstage associated with each individual basetype for each year:

Each year presents an accumulated (and listed) count of users' who has made changes in Highstage for each individual basetype. This includes creating and modifying items in Highstage.

Note: Accessing and viewing items in Highstage does not quality for listing.

 

Old contracts

The Old contracts section presents a yearly count of total unique users' who has made changes (created and/or modified items) in Highstage:

1 Highstage users' assigned as TrustModify and/or TrustCreate must also be assigned as TrustRead as they must be able to view Highstage contents before it can be created or modified.
