In this article, you will learn how to enable and configure create user group capabilities to your Highstage installation. This will allow for Highstage administrators to create new user groups and populate those groups with existing Highstage users - directly in Highstage.
The create user group capability in Highstage is supported from Highstage version SW10055-8G. Please ensure that your Highstage installation is running Highstage version SW10055-8G or newer.
You can check which Highstage version you are running by navigating to SYSTEM > SUPPORT SERVER > Version history in the side navigation menu as an administrator.
To be able to create new user groups directly from Highstage, you must add the following snippet to the custom.schema.xml
located in the tweak folder on the server, where your Highstage installation is located:

Reset Highstage for the changes in the custom.schema.xml
to take effect.
You have successfully added create new group capabilities to your Highstage installation. Highstage administrators are now able to create new Highstage user groups by navigation to SYSTEM > Roles and clicking New group in the side navigation menu with administrator privileges' (AdminRead or AdminWrite user level):
